DES MOINES (AP) - The family of a Des Moines man who was killed in a marketing company plane crash last year in Indiana has filed a wrongful death lawsuit. The lawsuit, by Joshua Trainor's family, names Two Rivers Marketing, the pilot, the plane's engine designer and others.
