A workplace injury can really occur anywhere. It can happen on the employer’s premises or if, for example, your employer sends you out to a job site or to a private residence to do work, that’s considered in the course of your employment and that will be your workers’ compensation injury.

So really it can occur anywhere while you’re under the employer’s supervision or you’re in the course of your employment, you’re still working.
