When someone is injured during the course of their employment what we do is we file a workers’ compensation claim. What I -- the first thing I’ll do is file what is called a claim petition, we complete it when I meet with the client. The client will sign it and then we’ll submit it to the workers’ compensation court. At that point the claim will start and at -- also at that point the worker will be under medical treatment. When the worker completes medical treatment we then go to what is called permanency evaluations and we try to resolve the case after that.
