The concept of permanency with respect to workers or Workmen’s Compensation Cases is the fact that the body hasn’t returned to its normal function or level. What does that mean? It means a doctor has indicated note somewhere or another that you have a permanent injury, something that prevents you from maneuvering for functioning the way you did prior to the accident.
