Workers Compensation NJ WC Statute

New Jersey’s Workers Compensation statute provides for compensation for lost wages to a injured worker. What that means is a percentage of the person’s weekly income will be recouped through the Worker’s Compensation statute. There are limitations, however, for maximum benefit. Some individual’s income may exceed that maximum benefit amount and they are to be compensated until they have the ability to return to work.
