PLATTSBURGH -- Three people were injured when the car they were riding in was hit on Route 22 Monday afternoon. Plattsburgh-based State Police reported Jennifer Lavalley, 30, of Dannemora was southbound on Route 22 at about 2 p.m. when she attempted to make a left turn onto Salmon River Road.
