A New Jersey man pleaded guilty on Monday to a misdemeanor charge related to a hit-and-run accident that took place on Wayne Avenue last year. Briant A. Nash, 19, of Phillipsburg, N.J., pleaded guilty to a count of accidents involving death or personal injury before President Judge William Martin.
