Austin Police have charged a 26-year-old caregiver with injury to a child after the 11-month old baby was diagnosed with a serious brain injury. Police say Tamika Andrews put the baby in car seat, but didn't buckle her in. Another car suddenly pulled in front of Andrews causing her to slam on the brakes and throwing the child from the car seat.
