Trauma of delivery

The kind of injuries that occur that give rise to birth injury claims are those as a result from a trauma at delivery. It’s a miracle that this thing works but doctors today can determine the size of a child and whether or not the child can fit through the mom’s birth canal and it’s succumb to do so because if the child is too large, their shoulders if they are coming out head first, can get stuck in the bones that’s form the birth canal. An injury to shoulder or cause nerve damage because the nerves that run through the shoulder of the baby get entrapped. So it’s important that those kinds of injuries be avoided.
