She was rear-ended at a low speed by a vehicle driven by Defendant Kathleen Johnson and owned by her husband. Johnson admitted liability for the accident and the case proceeded on the issue of damages only.
Plaintiff alleged that she suffered a serious neck injury as a direct result of this accident.
Defendant contended that this was a minor, low speed accident and that plaintiff had very limited damages.
